Want to count finished pieces without touching the machine controller? We use a proven 0–10 V signal recorder that works wirelessly over NB-IoT. An analogue sensor at the machine feeds it, and the voltage signal lands in Gemba Buddy as a piece count. No extra gateways, no routers, just the device.

Pulse counter, when the machine already says how much it made

Not every machine has a controller that counts cycles. But almost every machine can give a pulse, and that is enough. The pulse counter reads those signals and Gemba Buddy turns them into piece counts. Installation is quick, non-invasive and needs no integration with your network or systems: data reaches us over NB-IoT.

It fits when:
the line has no counter of its own,
several machines need tracking at once — up to three signal sources per installation,
